Catalysts: G-0117, G-0117-7H, G-0117-7H/C, G-0117K-7H/C
Application
The G-0117, G-0117-7H, G-0117-7H/C and G-0117 K-7H/C catalysts are designed for the primary steam reforming of natural gas to convert it to hydrogen or the synthesis gas for the production of ammonia, methanol, and other chemical products obtained from hydrogen and carbon oxides. The catalysts are used to tubular primary reforming.
Characteristics
The active component of the G-0117, G-0117-7H, G-0117-7H/C and G-0117 K-7H/C catalysts is nickel supported on alumina. The alumina support prepared at very high temperatures provides the catalysts with high catalytic activity, thermal stability, and mechanical strength. The G-0117 K-7H/C catalyst is promoted with potassium. Potassium increases the resistance of the catalyst to carbon formation when the feedstock contains higher hydrocarbons. The catalysts are produced in a form of rings (G-0117) or 7-hole cylinders with flat(G-0117-7H) or convexed ends(G-0117-7H/C, G- 0117 K-7H/C). They are delivered in oxidized form. The active form of the catalysts is formed at the time of reduction NiO to Ni carried out in a commercial reformer.

Secondary steam reforming and partial oxidation of methane
Catalysts: G-0110, G-0110-7H, G-0110-7H/C, G-0105-7H/C
Application
The G-0110, G-0110-7H, G-0110-7H/C and G-0105-7H/C catalysts are designed for secondary reforming of natural gas. The process of the secondary reforming proceeds in the presence of air and/or oxygen, depending on the designation of the synthesis gas thus produced. The catalysts are also designed for the partial oxidation of natural gas with oxygen or air, in the presence of steam and/or carbon dioxide.
Characteristics
The active component of the G-0110, G-0110-7H, G-0110-7H/C and G-0105-7H/C catalysts is nickel supported on alumina. The alumina support prepared at very high temperatures provides the catalysts with high catalytic activity, thermal stability and mechanical strength. The active form of the catalysts is formed at the time of reduction NiO to Ni carried out in a commercial reformer.
