On 3.12.2010 in Ministry of Science and Higher Education there was a ceremony of granting medals and diplomas for inventions awarded at the 62-nd International Exhibition "Ideas, Inventions, New Products IENA" in Nurnberg and also congratulation letters of the Minister of Science and Higher Education. Medals were handed by Professor Maciej Banach, Under-Secretary of State in The Ministry. A group of scientific workers from Fertilizers Research Institute was among the honoured ones. The group consisting of: Marcin Wilk, Janusz Kruk, Andrzej Gołębiowski, Urszula Prokop, Zygmunt Śpiewak and Halina Saran was granted a silver medal, a diploma of ARCA Exhibition in Zagreb for their invention "Catalyst for high temperature reduction of N2O from nitric acid plants".
