Gold medal on iENA Trade Fair in Nuremberg

The New Chemical Syntheses Institute and Warsaw University of Technology received a gold medal on the 69th International Trade Fair iENA 2017 - Ideas, Inventions, New Products. The prize was awarded for the invention Promoted cobalt catalyst for low-temperature ammonia synthesis authored by the team of Paweł Kowalik, Katarzyna Antoniak-Jurak, Paweł Wiercioch, Wioletta Raróg- Pilecka, Magdalena Zybert, Aleksandra Tarka.

HR Excellence in Research for the Institute

We are pleased to inform you that since 9.10.2017 the New Chemical Syntheses Institute can use icon „HR Excellence in Research”, a quality mark awarded by the European Commission to institutions which provide stimulating and favourable work environment and which improve human resource policies i.e. committed to achieve fair and transparent recruitment and appraisal procedures. The awarded logo is one of activities of The European Commission within so called Human Resources Strategy for Researchers.

„The Flying Farmers Association” representatives visiting INS

On 7th June 2017, 40 representatives of a 400-members British prestigious “The Flying Farmers Association” visited the New Chemical Syntheses Institute as the only one in Puławy. It was a part of a study visit organized by the Marshal Office of the Lubelskie Voivodeship and the Industrial and Commercial Chamber in Lublin (6-8.06.2017). The guests saw the Fertilizer Research Centre and the Bioactive Compounds Laboratory.
