Process description

  • Raw materials: urea-nitrate solution, potash salt, mono-ammonium phosphate, potassium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, ammonia water, bentonite. Waste raw materials containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium can also be used.
  • The production process of fertilizers is periodical. Water and urea-nitrate solution (in case of NPK fertilizers) is introduced into the mixer, then the specific amount of phosphorus and potassium raw materials is dosed. After mixing the components, the fertilizer is filtered on a sieve filter (constant phase above 2 mm is returned to the mixer) and then the fertilizer is pumped to tanks or the applicator’ vessel.

Process description

  • Liquid fertilizer manufacturing:
    • raw materials: nitric acid, phosphoric acid, potassium carbonate, ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate
    • periodical production process
    • part of nitric acid is neutralized in a reactor-mixer with a solution of potassium carbonate and then the remaining portion of nitric acid, phosphoric acid and solid raw materials such as zinc sulfate, boric acid, ammonium sulfate and ammonium nitrate are added
  • Solid fertilizer manufacturing:
    • raw materials: ammonium nitrate, ammonium sulfate, urea phosphate, potassium sulfate, de-watered magnesium sulfate and micro-elemental raw materials
    • process operations: grinding, dosing and mixing of raw materials
    • the fertilizers are entirely soluble in water they have no tendency to coking.
  • The fertilizers are acidifying which prevents the formation of residue in the fertilization plant and inhibits the increase of soil pH.

References

Research Institute of Horticulture (formerly: Research Institute of Pomology and Floriculture in Skierniewice) issued a positive opinion and confirmed the beneficial results of application of fertilizers in different growth phases of pomology crops (from vegetative to generative).

The technology has been tested on a pilot scale.

Process description:

  • Raw materials: simple superphosphate, urea-superphosphate fertilizer (USP), potash salt, magnesite, kieserite.
  • Process operations: preparation and standardization of the components mixture, granulation, drying, segregation and product conditioning.
  • BOROVIT and LASOVIT fertilizers have a higher content of potassium (K) and magnesium (Mg) as well as a reduced content of nitrogen (N) and phosphorus (P) due to eutrophication of sources.
